FTP Orders The Ascent Print & Imaging our FTP server is a free service for our customers. If you need to upload an image to us that is larger than 3mb you will need to upload it to us through our FTP site
Please follow these instructions: - If you will be uploading large files only occasionally, we can provide a username and password for our general use account. Contact Us or email us at Orders@AscentPrint.com with a request. If you will be uploading regularly, we will set up a FTP account for you. (This is done at no charge).
- To set up an account Contact Us or email us at Orders@AscentPrint.com with a request for an FTP account. Include your company name (optional), your name, address, phone number(s), and a brief -- one or two sentence -- reason why you want the account.
- We will email back a username and password after your account is established. This is generally done within 24 hours.
- Once we have you registered you can then go to ftp://ascentprint.com/ and login. (If this link does not work, you may have to manually type in ftp://ascentprint.com into your browser address bar.) You will then be prompted to enter your username and password. Note: Using FTP software utilities can make the uploading of images faster and easier. Search the web for 'ftp software' to find freeware and shareware programs.
[Note: If using a newer browser, like IE-7, you may have to log in twice. If you receive the message: To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer. Look for the Page icon (upper right). Click that Icon. It is at this point you may need to login again.]
- Once you are into the FTP site you will initially find a folder named "How to upload files". Please read the document inside.
- For each new order create a folder, or folders using a name that relates to your order. Example: 'Birthday Project 052106'
You can then just drag and drop or copy and paste your file(s) into your folder(s).
- After you have uploaded your file(s) send an email to Orders@AscentPrint.com with instructions for the order.
Place the folder name in the email subject Include instructions for each file in the folder, quantity, size etc. Include your name and phone number. Also your address if the order will require shipping

Please note: The ftp site is not for long term storage of files. Files older than 30 days may be deleted.
